The top four teams were very evenly matched. In the competitive Semi Finals the two lower seeded team won. The Diablos lost the last preliminary game to the Cougar Selects by a score of 7-5. It was a very good game that the Diablos led 3-0. In the Semis the two teams met again and led by the great goaltending of Peter Negron and a clutch game winning goal by Chet Morgis the Diablos won 3-2. The Cougars were undefeated in the preliminary round so the result was somewhat suprising. The Cougars got strong efforts from Sean Day, Kyle Weller, John Scala and Greg Hendrickson. The Mighty Buffalos also overcame a preliminary round loss to defeat the Buffalo Prospects in the Semi Finals 2-0.

In the Finals the Diablos again got strong goaltending from Negron and also got strong play from Matt Koziel, Andrew Petrillo, Danny Cangelosi and Augie Burkhardt on the way to a 3-1 win. The Mighty Buffalos got strong play from Anthony Hora, Nick Carbone, Garrett Downie, Zach Socha and Jared Cummins.
